Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how keyflex.lol (https://keyflex.lol) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit the site, click a placement, or pay for a ranking. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

Who is responsible

The controller for personal data processed through the Service is an individual based in Germany. Email: support@keyflex.lol. X: @Marco828361.

No accounts

We do not require registration. An anonymous identifier and edit token are stored in your browser's localStorage so you can edit a profile you created. It is not your name, and clearing browser storage removes it.

What we collect

Listing data. The brand name, logo, and link you submit, your bid amount, and the click counts your placement receives — all shown publicly on the leaderboard.

Payment data. Card details are collected and handled entirely by Stripe, not by us. We never see or store full card numbers. We store a payment reference from Stripe so we can match your bid to its confirmation.

Technical data. Standard request data such as IP address and user agent may be processed by our hosting to operate and secure the Service. Clicks from the board may be counted to keep counts usable and reduce fake clicks, not to profile you.

Why we use this data

To take payment and create or raise a placement (contract); to keep the board fair, display public listing metadata, debug outages, and defend legal claims (legitimate interests); and to keep tax, accounting, and complaint records where the law requires it (legal obligation).

Who we share data with

Stripe (payments) and Supabase (database and storage) so the Service can run. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell your personal data. Some processors may be outside the European Economic Area; where we rely on them we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Public listings

Rank, spend, brand names, logos, links, and click counts on the board are public. Anyone can see them, including search engines. Do not submit a placement if you do not want that information shown.

Your rights

If the GDPR or a similar law applies to you, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing was based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in Germany or your country of residence. To request removal of a placement or exercise a right, email support@keyflex.lol.

Children

The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact us and we will delete the data we can identify.

Changes

We may update this policy when the Service or the law changes. The date at the top of this page is the current version. If a change is material, we will post the updated policy here.
