Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to payments made on keyflex.lol, operated by an individual based in Germany. Questions: support@keyflex.lol. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

All payments are final and not refundable. A placement is a digital service that begins as soon as payment is confirmed: the listing is created or the rank is raised, and the paid amount is counted on the public board. By completing checkout you request that we start this digital service immediately and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period to the extent that law allows that waiver.

Being outbid later, fewer clicks than you hoped for, downtime, or a later removal for breaking our content rules does not create a refund.

Mandatory consumer rights. Where a consumer right that cannot be waived applies to you, we honor that right. Nothing in this policy removes a refund the law requires us to give.

Billing errors. This policy governs refunds of the service, not correction of billing errors. If Stripe charged you more than once for the same bid, or charged you for a bid that was never written to the board, contact us and we will correct the erroneous charge.

Chargebacks. A chargeback or payment dispute raised without a legally required basis is a breach of our Terms; we may remove the placement and refuse future use of the Service.
